The Success Summit kicked off with TomX, where stories of transformation and triumph took center stage. Kohl Bartos shared his blueprint for evolving from a buyer’s agent to a listing powerhouse, inspiring everyone to rethink their approach. 

Jurnee Gillette, who transitioned from a transaction coordinator to a team leader in just five years, broke down the systems and strategies that were key to rapid advancement. She highlighted that she joined coaching before she even had her license, because as a transaction coordinator she noticed that all the most successful agents she worked for had a coach. 

Kaleb Monroe wowed the audience with his 10-minute buyer consultation that has earned him a nearly perfect conversion rate. Gino Blefari, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of America, shared his meticulously crafted morning and evening routines, which he credits with the majority of the massive success he’s had over his career. If every agent immediately began to follow Gino’s routine, it’d be incredible to imagine the changes we’d see in the industry.

One of the standout moments of the Summit was the series of $200K talks, where agents shared how they generated over $200K in GCI using signature strategies. Shannon Gillette taught attendees how to build a powerful personal brand through Instagram and YouTube, sharing her daily posting strategies. 

Mikki Ramey revealed how she leveraged online leads to skyrocket her GCI from $0 to $200K, while Stephanie Younger shared her foolproof listing presentation techniques that consistently earn a “Yes.”

After three intense rounds of wildly intense objection handling, Kymberly Clem took the belt as our objection handling champion! Jill Biggs introduced her "Listing Multiplier Strategy," which generated 71 of her YTD deals and $1.4M in GCI. By creating bidding wars through mega open houses and engaging neighbors with heartfelt letters from sellers, she maximized her listings' visibility.

Ashley Blackmore shared a post she made on NextDoor which generated nine listings, showcasing the power of micro-stories about clients’ needs.

Vanessa Reilly unveiled her strategy of sending 70 to 100 letters per sold listing and making the client the hero of the story.

Tom shared a moving tribute to Steve Harney, the founder of Keeping Current Matters, who tragically passed earlier this year. Steve was not just Tom’s mentor; he was a dear friend who profoundly impacted many lives and careers. His legacy lives on through the countless agents he inspired, and his wisdom will continue to guide us in these challenging times. The room was filled with tears, but also with gratitude for the lessons he left behind.
