Luckily, business technology has come a long way, meaning you don’t need to hire multiple people just to handle those time-consuming, energy-draining, yet relatively simple tasks you need to carry out every day. All you need are a few real estate automation tech tools to pick up the job for you.

In today’s blog, I’m giving you some of the real estate automation tools that I’ve seen work for some of my most productive clients. We’re going to cover your marketing, lead follow-up, sales, scheduling, and more!

Let’s begin!

What is automation in real estate technology?

Automation in real estate technology refers to the use of software, tools, and systems to streamline and automate various processes within the real estate industry. This can include tasks such as lead generation, property management, real estate marketing campaigns, client communication, and transaction management. By leveraging automation, real estate professionals can save time, reduce manual errors, improve efficiency, and provide a better experience for clients. Examples of automation in real estate technology include automated email campaigns, CRM systems for managing client relationships, online scheduling tools, and automated property valuation tools.

Real Estate Automation Tools to Make Your Life Easier

No. 1: An Email Service Provider

Everyone should be using a professional email service provider – everyone. And there are so many options to choose from. You could go with a stand-alone such as MailChimp or do this within a CRM such as BoomTown or HubSpot.

Now, everyone should have a CRM, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you need to be using it for your emails if you find something that works better for you. What’s most important is that you learn how to actually USE the CRM or email servicer that feels most intuitive. There are no wrong answers here.

Have different templates ready to automatically launch, such as an email welcome campaign, which will introduce new leads to your services and help Gmail to recognize that your further emails aren’t spam.

No. 2: Anyword & Jasper.ai

Writing… for some people crafting a well-worded email or a listing description is a chore that eats into their time. For others, it’s nearly impossible. If you’re in either of these camps, artificial intelligence programs like Anyword or Jasper are your best friend. They can write just about whatever you need from them, from headlines and social posts to full-blown blog articles. If you require a lot of high-quality copy, they’re not going to replace a human writer, but they’re a great starting point when you need inspiration or some quick material.

No. 3: HomeBot AI

What if you could get consumers addicted to your marketing instead of just feeling “positive” towards it? It’s hard to think of a better way to do that than updating people on their personal wealth. Homebot.ai sends consumers home equity updates and personalized wealth-building tips. And the best part – all these updates can be automated and are stamped with your own personal branding! This is one of the easiest strategies for generating repeat and referral business.

No. 4: Meta Business Suite

Everyone knows that Facebook and Instagram are now under the blanket of Meta, but did you know there was a place you could access one blanketed inbox for all your accounts and platforms? It’s called your Meta Business Suite, and it’s a centralized place where you can post, respond, track insights and real estate metrics, and yes, even automate.

When your Facebook and Instagram messages are coming in hot, wouldn’t it be nice if those leads were automatically sent an FAQ menu about your services which could answer questions about your services until you’re ready to respond? If you’re using social media to generate business, I’d recommend setting this one up.

No. 5: Contract to Close Email Video Sequence

This one is more of a process than a stand-alone tool, but I promise you it’s well worth putting into your playbook.

Think about how much time you spend explaining the process of buying or selling a home to your clients. You need to get your wording right and sometimes you probably need to repeat yourself multiple times to make sure your client understands. Well, Erica Wolfe of Jupiter, Florida, came up with an awesome solution for this.

She broke down every step in the process of buying and selling a home and created videos to explain each and every one. From there, she uploaded them to YouTube into what she called a “Buyer Library” and a “Seller Library,” both listed as private. Last, she created email templates with the link to the appropriate video embedded in each one, so that whenever one of her clients reached a certain stage in the process, the email was already prepped to go out.

No. 6: Mojo Dialer

Mojo is an automated dialer that will not only connect you to your prospecting list, but also generate new leads for you – including expired listing leads, and for-sale-by-owner leads, and you can even use a skip tracer phone service to search names and phone numbers for any address. You can drop pre-recorded voicemail messages easily, record calls to review later with your team, and make sure you call every phone number available for each lead before moving on to the next. This one is especially useful when working with an ISA.

No. 7: Vocal Video

Video-video-video. There is no better way to establish trust than to put your face out there, and that’s especially true when it comes to reviews. Written reviews (even if they’re genuine) don’t hold the same credibility with consumers simply because they could potentially be faked.

But if you want your clients to give you video testimonials, you need to make it easy for them. This is the beauty of Vocal Video. With Vocal, you just send a link to your client which will bring them straight to a recording platform which will make them look good and prompt them to shoot a quick video. It’ll automatically upload with your personal branding, and subtitles, and you can even add background music if you choose. From there, you can upload it straight to YouTube or your Google Business Profile.

This is the easiest and most professional way to capture client video testimonials.

No. 8: Calendly

Appointments are the new currency. The agent who goes on the most appointments wins, and so you need to make it as easy as possible for potential clients to schedule a consultation with you. That’s where Calendly comes in. You can easily adjust your schedule and make it easy for people to grab time in your calendar. Sounds simple, but don’t underestimate the value.

No 9: WhatToSay.ai

When we talk about automation, we talk about taking the stress out of the equation and giving you exactly what you need to be successful. And so far, there’s been no tool more powerful for doing this in conversation than the one we created ourselves, WhatToSay.ai.

This technology takes all the guesswork out of conversations and shows you exactly how to handle every interaction you have with specific individuals. It will help you to convert more effectively, establish trust, and even relay information to match every person’s unique learning style.

How are You Going to Automate Your Real Estate Business?

There you go – nine ways to get more done in less time. Even as you grow your team and begin to delegate different aspects of your business, it’s always important to take advantage of every resource available to you if it will help.

Keep in mind, these are only a few of the automation tech tools out there and some CRMs even offer similar tools inside of them. It’d be impossible to cover everything out there, so it’s important to do some of the digging yourself to find what you naturally gravitate towards.
